I am almost 17 years old, I am very thin and of average height. I have recently lost quite a bit of weight, which is why I only weighed 42 kilos. I am trying to gain weight now, but other than that, is there anything I can do to stimulate breast growth? I have heard that eating chicken or certain exercises can help, I appreciate all the suggestions – my 10A breasts and I am very grateful for any input!
Hormones control the growth of the breasts, but they are made mainly of fat until breastfeeding and then the glands grow to take a higher proportion. So gaining weight sometimes helps, although most women find that the extra weight goes first to the hips and then to the breasts, and when dieting it is removed from the breasts first and then the hips. It sounds like a horrible punishment, but it is the natural way to store fat for use in breastfeeding. When you breastfeed, it is inverted and sloughs off again and is used for milk production. You can change the balance now without the baby by regularly stimulating the nipples. It causes the glands to grow in preparation for breastfeeding, but it won’t make milk unless someone suckles it each day. 3 times a day for several weeks will make a noticeable difference. Most women can get a 2 cup increase. It should be done at regular intervals, like taking medicine. It also prevents breast cancer. Some women use a pump, but manual stimulation works well and is free.
Normally not. I’m sorry to say that breast size is determined by genetics before your age. You may grow a bit more over time, but you’re pretty well established with what you have. Pregnancy often increases a bit more for you, but that is also often temporary (not always).
Now to deal with those obnoxious myths.
Chickens, in internal or external applications, will never, never stimulate or cause larger breasts. Never.
Exercise will tone the muscles under the breasts (pectoralis major / minor), but will not change the actual size of the breasts. It may make them a bit more pleasant, but they will be exactly the same size.
Creams and pills do not change the size of your breasts, although they can affect the shape by the accumulation of fluid. Don’t buy such things, they are a complete waste of money.
There are some advocates who claim that breast massage affects size, but I’m not sure about that at all.
I would say enjoy what you have, you are much more concerned about it than anyone. I am a man, and I can say with certainty that only women who wear boobs care how big they are. If it really affects your self-image that much, consider implants, but remember that boobs don’t make you happy.
Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience with CurvyBust cream. I am 24 years old and have spent my whole life wishing I had slightly larger breasts. I’m normally a size A, I would love to be a size B, especially when wearing certain types of low cut tops. I have a good figure, and I like what I have, but from time to time I would like a little more. Even if I had the money, (which I’m not because I’m a college student with loans to pay off), I would never consider going through the knife just to go up a cup size. So that has been my dilemma.
I found out about curvy breast cream when I was browsing through (Yahoo Answers). To be honest with you, I am not the type of girl who would consider spending money on a cream that promises to increase the size of the breasts. It’s just that it seems like something impossible to claim. But there were three reasons why I decided to go for it:
1) I contacted them through their website because I had a question about whether the cream was okay for sensitive skin (which it is, because it is made from natural botanicals.)
2) I was very impressed by your customer service and willingness to explain everything to me. 3) They offered me a free 12-day supply with no obligation, (I only had to pay the shipping costs – I wasn’t too excited about that but it was still worth getting the product for free).
Well, it really is working! There is a noticeable difference in the size of my breasts! It’s only been 10 days, and they say the true end results won’t appear for 4-6 months, but based on what I can see, (and what my boyfriend can feel …) there is definitely a difference. My breasts stand out more, and are fuller and rounder. Sometimes I’m able to go out without a bra, now I can’t. And I have a feeling that I might have to buy new bras if the growth continues. I am looking forward to seeing how next month goes. There may be a size B in my future! Woohoo!
